Your Role: Architect & Design Sales Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Architect & Design Sales Manager to join our growing team in South Cologne. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding Cosentino's reach within the contract design and commercial segments for both interior and exterior applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Excellence:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting architectural firms, developers, and corporate accounts.
    • Manage your sales budget effectively to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Business Development & Growth:
    • Proactively promote Cosentino's product portfolio to architects, designers, and key industry organizations.
    • Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the commercial construction sector.
  • Account Management & Client Relationships:
    • Maintain accurate project details within our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the construction sector.
    • Provide valuable sales data and insights to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales within the construction industry. You possess strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, coupled with a deep understanding of architectural and design principles.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial project sales within the construction sector.
  • 2+ years of experience interacting with various stakeholders at different levels within commercial projects.
  • 1+ year of experience in business development activities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in stone fabrication or distribution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
