Role Highlights:
Job Scope:
To support our expansion, we are in search of Solution Consultants who can bridge the gap between business needs and technological implementations, delivering IT Service Management solutions across various locations in the DACH region.
The Senior Solution Consultant position is integral to all our implementations, encompassing responsibilities of both Business Subject Matter Expert and Solution Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of solution implementation projects;
- Oversee the technical and business design of the comprehensive solution throughout the implementation process;
- Conduct design evaluations and ensure data quality;
- Manage communications with external client teams during both the sales and post-sales phases;
- Participate in RFPs and contribute technology solution content;
- Review existing client implementations and suggest enhancements.
Qualifications:
Required Educational and Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in IT or customer support roles;
- 1-3 years of experience as a technical consultant or business analyst in ServiceNow implementation;
- Proficient understanding of SQL, Java, XML, and web technologies;
- At least 1 year of experience in aligning business processes with ITIL best practices;
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in another European language is advantageous;
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
