Working Student HR Delivery Specialist

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Working Student to join our HR Delivery Team in Munich. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Global Services Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the onboarding process for new working students, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to obtain signatures for contracts and amendments.
  • Manage personnel folders, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Oversee the anniversary and birthday gift process, ensuring timely and personalized recognition.
  • Generate employment confirmations and reference letters, adhering to company standards.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for various HR requests, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently enrolled at an institute of higher education in Germany.
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented field, preferably through internships or practical work.
  • Proficient user of the MS Office package, with excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Proficiency in German is an added advantage.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

You will work in an international environment, collaborating closely with the HR Team in the Global Services Munich Office and global HR colleagues across the firm.
