Working Student HR Delivery Specialist

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Working Student to join our HR Delivery Team in Munich. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Global Services Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the onboarding process for new working students, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to obtain signatures for contracts and amendments.
  • Manage personnel folders, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Oversee the anniversary and birthday gift process, ensuring timely recognition of team members.
  • Generate employment confirmations and reference letters, providing essential documentation for employees.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for various HR requests, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Currently enrolled at an institute of higher education in Germany.
  • Previous experience in a service-oriented field, preferably with internships or practical experience.
  • Proficient user of the MS Office package, with excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Proficiency in German is an added advantage.
