We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, Content Moderator, and Sales Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, moderating content, and driving sales success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients across various industries
  • Monitor and moderate online content to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proficient in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, Hebrew, Croatian, Hungarian, Russian, or Polish
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
