**About the role**:
We’re now looking for an **Implementation Specialist **with experience in comprehensive onboarding of new customers, ensuring successful installation and configuration of software systems to support our growth and join our team at Vetera The Implementation Specialist enhances customer satisfaction by providing exceptional training and support while contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation best practices. Additionally, the role supports the broader organizational objectives by engaging in cross-functional tasks within sales, customer support, and product development as required.

**Your key responsibilities include**:
Project Management:

- Independently manage and execute onboarding projects for new customers.
- Define project timelines and ensure targets are met as agreed with the customer.

Technical Implementation:

- Install software and prepare system environment and master data.
- Prepare and integrate technical components.

Customer Training and Consulting:

- Conduct on-site appointments for final customer training.
- Provide comprehensive training and consulting services to ensure customers can effectively use the software. Lead the customers in onboarding tasks.

Support:

- Offer support during the initial hours after Go-Live. Provide continuous support and address any issues that arise during the onboarding phase.

Process Improvement:

- Participate in developing and implementing best practices for the onboarding process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product Development teams to enhance customer service.

**What will help you to be successful in this role?**:

- ** Strong project management skills** to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. Minimum of 2 years in a similar role involving software implementation and customer training.
- ** Technical proficiency** in software installation and device connectivity. Strong technical understanding and ability to learn software installation and configuration. Experience with veterinary medicine software or healthcare IT systems is considered a plus.
- ** Excellent communication **skills** for effective customer training and support as well as strong organizational skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Please note that this role includes occasional travel for on-site customer training and Go-Live support in the DACH region.
