Job Overview

As a Consultant specializing in Organizational Change, you play a pivotal role in steering clients through the complexities of extensive business transformations. Your responsibilities encompass everything from crafting the foundational vision to converting intricate challenges into actionable roadmaps and solutions, ultimately achieving successful organizational changes. In your capacity as a senior consultant, you formulate business strategies that take into account end-user needs, technological advancements, and the effects on organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustainable Organizational Structures: Design and implement frameworks that promote customer focus and foster innovation, ensuring the long-term viability of client organizations.
  • Business Process Management: Evaluate, identify, and redesign business processes to enhance operational efficiency. Ideally, you will bring experience in process automation and artificial intelligence.
  • Operating Model Development: Establish and execute the components of operating models that align with the strategic objectives and vision of organizations. Develop appropriate governance frameworks to support the organization’s aspirations.
  • Expertise in Change Management: Provide guidance to executive leadership and establish effective change management initiatives and programs. Create and implement training and communication strategies for these transformation efforts.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Lead the modification of plans in response to evolving business environments. Identify practical and effective solutions tailored to the realities faced by clients.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in business or a related field; advanced degrees such as a Ph.D. or MBA are preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of strategic consulting experience in professional services, industry, or reputable consulting firms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly at the executive level.
  • Strong proficiency in strategy formulation and practical consulting techniques.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • A creative thinker with a track record of exploring innovative avenues.
  • Experience in innovation management, digital business models, and multi-channel strategies.
  • A strong sense of ownership with a proven history of leading digital transformation projects.
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of French is a plus.
