SAP Project Manager Business Transformation Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager Business Transformation to join our KION Group team in Frankfurt am Main. As a key member of our Business Transformation Deployment Core Team, you will be responsible for managing the successful roll-ins of SAP S4HANA deployments across various countries and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of SAP S4HANA deployment, including process and solution roll-ins, with a focus on specific countries and regions.
  • Define business readiness tasks, contingency plans, and mitigation actions as part of the cutover process.
  • Oversee and manage risks, issues, local workstream status meetings, and necessary escalations.
  • Collaborate closely with country coordinators, stakeholders, and local teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the receiving organization after Go-Live, facilitating a successful hyper care phase.
  • Align with a multi-cultural, international, and interdisciplinary team of deployment team members, sharing knowledge and experience with peers.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable studies, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience in large change and SAP/S4HANA projects, with excellent IT project management skills and a deep understanding of project methodology.
  • Strong communication, intercultural, and motivation skills, with experience working in an international environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a must-have; further language skills are beneficial.
  • Traveling due to project requirements will be necessary.
