Project Management Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee BIM management and coordinate the technical leadership of the BIM team within projects.
- Integrate project management functions with BIM management services, ensuring the effective implementation of BIM methodologies in our projects.
- Take charge of the ongoing enhancement of internal BIM standards, guidelines, and associated tools and methods.
- Engage in the acquisition of national and international BIM projects, collaborating with various departments within the organization.
Qualifications:
A completed degree in architecture, construction management, or civil and industrial engineering is essential, along with substantial professional experience in project management or planning.
Proficiency in BIM and CAD software (such as Revit, Allplan, ArchiCAD, CIVIL3D, AdvanceSteel, etc.) and model-checking software (like Solibri, Navisworks, or similar) is required.
Experience in managing BIM projects in roles such as BIM management, overall BIM coordination, or BIM planning is highly desirable.
Ideally, candidates should have experience in the planning of underground spaces (tunnels, shafts), mining, or civil engineering.
Strong advisory skills and a collaborative mindset in an interdisciplinary environment, along with excellent English language proficiency, are essential.
