Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the execution of the prestige strategy in key markets. You will represent Beam Suntory with our clientele, delivering exceptional service and business solutions that foster mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with high net worth clients, luxury retailers, and premium partners to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Implement prestige strategies to meet sales objectives and enhance revenue within designated key accounts while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to secure business and optimize profitability.
  • Formulate strategic account plans that outline objectives, tactics, and timelines to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales projections for assigned key accounts to meet financial goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and devise effective sales strategies.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key clients to maintain positive relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices within the prestige sector to remain competitive and innovative.
  • Travel as necessary to meet with key clients, attend industry events, and visit retail locations to support key account initiatives.
  • Execute the 6Ps (Product Assortment, Price, Placement, Promotion, Point of Sales Materials, and People) strategies at key customers in alignment with customer marketing and execution excellence guidelines.
  • Provide pre and post-analysis and KPIs for all brand activations in Prestige Key accounts, ensuring evaluation and learning within the team.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales account management or business development, preferably within the luxury goods or prestige brands sector.
  • Strong understanding of the prestige market landscape, including key competitors, market trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Proven success in managing prestige key accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with overall company goals.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and supply chain.
  • Customer-centric approach focused on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
