About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Schletter Group as a Product Marketing Manager, where you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our solar products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling product stories and key selling points to engage with sales teams and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to advance product-related communication and drive business results.
  • Provide technical and marketing support for product content, launch communication, campaigns, product detail pages, white papers, case studies, and trade fairs.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitors to inform product management and outreach strategies, increase conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Act as a liaison between product development and product portfolio management to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

  • University degree or comparable professional education in technical marketing or a related field, with at least 5 years of work experience.
  • Fundamental understanding of the solar market and its trends.
  • Strong project management, copywriting, and intercultural communication skills.
  • Ideal experience with CMS, CRM, and PIMS systems.
  • Native English speaker with keen attention to detail, strong grammar, and technical writing skills.
