About The Role
As an EMEA Product Manager for Access Solutions and Diagnostics, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product franchises within the Atrial Fibrillation (AF) market. Your strategic vision and tactical execution will be instrumental in achieving business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Develop and execute post-market strategies, identify clinical and market trends, and propose new product/marketing opportunities. Create and manage physician training programs, develop strategic marketing plans aligned with overall franchise goals, and support field execution through active presence in the field.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders in the field, provide support to sales representatives and management, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including international marketing, market research, clinical, and regulatory teams.
- Product Strategy & Execution: Define product roadmaps, conduct competitive analysis, and develop go-to-market strategies. Monitor market trends and customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Location: This role can be based in one of our key European offices (Dusseldorf, Voisins-le-Bretonneux, Hemel Hempstead, Milan, or Madrid).
