Are you ready to take on a challenge that will push your skills to the next level? As a People Operations Analyst at AUTO1 Global Services SE & Co. KG, you will be part of a dynamic team that is redefining the used car market for private customers.

Our Production Department is a hub of innovation, where data-driven decision making and a passion for efficiency come together to create a world-class production process. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in setting up and monitoring efficiency metrics, creating a motivating work environment, and supporting our production centers with your organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficiency metrics to drive team performance across all production centers in Germany
  • Design and maintain reporting to support data-driven decision making, linked to capacity planning and incentive schemes
  • Improve and monitor the performance bonus scheme for our production centers
  • Lead workforce capacity planning and align capacities with company targets
  • Manage the employee feedback process and ensure data-driven follow-ups, including training initiatives and compensation adjustments
