Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen IT-Support-Engineer, der sich auf die Betreuung unserer IT-Infrastruktur spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres IT-Teams wirst du uns bei der Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Systeme unterstützen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Priorisierung von Aufträgen und Störungen per Telefon oder Ticketsystem
  • Bestellung, Installation und Bereitstellung von IT-Endgeräten und Software
  • Support auf 1st- und 2nd-Level-Niveau von der Fehleranalyse über die Qualifizierung bis hin zur Erstlösung
  • Beteiligung an unterschiedlichen IT-Projekten (Migrationen, Einführung neuer Systeme, Updates usw.) im modernen Infrastrukturumfeld
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Inventarverwaltung und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Service Desk und Usersupport
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, gutes technisches Verständnis und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Analytische, strategische, team- und kundenorientierte Kommunikationstalent
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und sichere Englischkenntnisse
