We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Utility Sales Manager in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets in the German market.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market and government policy analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the German market.
- Partner with local staff to develop business and achieve sales targets in Germany, including developing and implementing strategies, building relationships with key accounts, and providing best-in-class sales service to clients.
- Work with the Marketing team to support local marketing activities, such as product launches and exhibitions.
- Prepare sales reports for sales forecasting and other ad-hoc projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a commercial or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the Utility Scale PV projects industry.
- Business development expertise with a proven sales track record in the PV industry.
- Deep understanding of IPPs, EPCs, and technical advisors' business needs through the Solar industry.
- Previous sales experience within solar inverter vendors is preferred.
- Solid understanding of inverter technology, supply contracts, and PV market trends.
- Familiar with industry standards and practices.
- Able to work with a high degree of independence, sharp market sense, and strong development and sales ability.
