Head of Learning and Development

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Learning and Development, der unsere globale Lernstrategie gestaltet und umsetzt. Dein Dienstsitz kann bundesweit sein.
Deine Rolle- Lernstrategie entwickeln: du baust eine ganzheitliche Lern- und Entwicklungsstrategie auf und setzt diese um, um den kommerziellen Erfolg unseres Unternehmens zu steigern
- Führung und Management: du leitest das Learning & Development Team und förderst eine Kultur des kontinuierlichen Lernens und Entwickelns
- Bedarfsanalyse: du identifizierst die Lernbedürfnisse auf individueller, team- und unternehmensweiter Ebene, um sicherzustellen, dass die Entwicklungsmaßnahmen gezielt zur Erreichung der Geschäftsziele beitragen
- Programme designen und implementieren: du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Programme zur Kompetenzentwicklung, einschließlich Führungskräfteentwicklung und Talentmanagement
- Innovative Lernmethoden: du setzt moderne Lerntechnologien und -methoden ein, um den Lernerfolg zu maximieren
- Erfolgsmessung: du etablierst KPIs zur Messung der Effektivität der L&D-Programme und deren Einfluss auf die Geschäftsergebnisse
- Stakeholder-Management: du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung und anderen Führungskräften zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die L&D-Strategie den geschäftlichen Anforderungen entspricht und zum Erfolg beiträgt
- Spannendes Arbeitsumfeld: Arbeiten in einer dynamischen und vielseitigen Branche

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft, Pädagogik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Learning & Development, idealerweise in einer Führungsrolle in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von L&D-Strategien sowie in der Führung und Motivation von Teams
- Hervorragende Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Coaching, Beratung und Performance Management
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens effektiv zu agieren
- Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken, Umsetzungsorientierung und die Fähigkeit, Geschäftsziele in effektive L&D-Maßnahmen zu übersetzen
- Vertrautheit mit modernen Lerntechnologien und digitalen Tools zur Unterstützung der L&D-Strategie
- Fließende Englischsprachkenntnisse
