About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Development Manager to join our team at MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. in Frankfurt am Main. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent management strategy and developing our employees' skills and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to our P&O members in Learning & Development and Talent Management, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Disciplinary Leadership: Oversee and manage the performance, development, and well-being of our team members, conducting regular performance reviews and career development planning.
  • Talent Programs Development: Design and implement state-of-the-art talent programs, develop innovative strategies to nurture and grow our talent pool, and continuously innovate and enhance our competence models and the curriculum in our internal MOBIS Academy.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a sparring partner to senior management, providing expert advice in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition, and collaborate with other departments to align talent strategies with business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR, Learning & Development, and Talent Management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of HR (Talent) programs and processes.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, oversee the external and internal recruitment process, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate and employee experience.
