About the Role

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Partner to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies to strengthen our partnerships with key pharma customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Strategy Development: Develop and execute account strategies to drive business growth and strengthen partnerships with key pharma customers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and account administration, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Business Growth: Drive business growth through the development and implementation of innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement.
  • Value Proposition: Articulate contextual value propositions and negotiate key contracts and annual renewals of licenses.
  • Account Administration: Manage account administration and provide input for accurate forecasting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and expand knowledge of Veeva's offerings.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of combined experience in software sales and consulting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation for Commercial within the sector.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of cultivating multi-layered relationships across multiple functions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Location: Based in Germany or Switzerland.
