Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented M&A Analyst to join our team at MCF Corporate Finance GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on sell- and buy-side as well as equity financing mandates with exposure to various segments of the technology industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support M&A transactions
  • Assist in negotiations, marketing, and legal processes
  • Work with different client groups, including founders, financial sponsors, and corporates
  • Conduct company and industry research to identify potential deal opportunities
  • Prepare financial and valuation analyses to support transaction decisions
Requirements
  • Excellent educational background with a strong degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant internships or work experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or Management Consultancy
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Great interpersonal skills with a self-starter mentality and ability to work in a high-focused team environment
  • Experience in financial modeling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
