**Sustainability Expert Wanted**

We are a leading provider of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) services, specializing in Due Diligence, Carbon Analytics, Energy Audits, and ESG Consulting. Our team is seeking a dedicated Sustainability Expert to contribute to our mission of reducing the CO2 footprint of the real estate sector.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist in analyzing energy and resource data to identify optimization opportunities in real estate projects.
  • Develop sustainability concepts for real estate projects, taking into account the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage sub-projects for building certifications such as LEED, DGNB, and BREEAM, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate sustainability analysis results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate maintenance of ESG-related data and provide expert advice on sustainability matters.
Your Profile:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Technology, or Sustainability Management.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office and ability to work independently with a responsible and pragmatic mindset.
