We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Analyst to join our team in Frankfurt am Main and Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing energy and resource-related data to identify optimization opportunities for real estate projects.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze energy and resource-related data to identify optimization opportunities for real estate projects.
  • Develop and implement sustainability concepts for real estate projects in collaboration with our team.
  • Take ownership of specific projects related to building certifications, such as LEED, DGNB, and BREEAM.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations and reports to communicate the results of sustainability analyses and measures.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and be responsible for data maintenance and provision of ESG-relevant key performance indicators.
Your Profile
  • You are currently studying in a Bachelor or Master's program, preferably in Real Estate, Economics, Engineering, Energy Technology, or Sustainability Management.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You demonstrate responsible and pragmatic thinking and action.
