Der Fokus liegt auf der Reduktion von Treibhausgasemissionen, der Umsetzung menschenrechtlicher Sorgfaltspflichten und der jährlichen ESG-Berichterstattung. Zudem werden alle Nachhaltigkeitsthemen innerhalb der Organisation strukturiert und der Fortschritt anhand vereinbarter KPIs und Maßnahmen verfolgt. Wichtige Erfolgsfaktoren sind die Arbeit mit Daten sowie die effektive Führung interner Stakeholder und externer Partner.
In der Rolle als (Senior) Sustainability Project Coordinator (m/w/d) bist du eng in die Kernprozesse der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie eingebunden. Du wirst zum Experten für die Umsetzung rechtlicher Anforderungen, Berichterstattung, Audits und ESG-Risikoanalysen. Die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern, wie den Sustainability Leads der Geschäftsbereiche, der Rechts- und Strategieabteilung sowie externen Partnern, ist entscheidend für die Weiterentwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie. Dabei ist es wichtig, durch effiziente Analysen aufzuzeigen, wie mit minimalem Ressourceneinsatz maximale Ergebnisse erzielt werden können.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unternehmerischer Sorgfaltspflichten zur Vermeidung von Menschenrechtsverletzungen und Umweltbeeinträchtigungen, einschließlich der Durchführung jährlicher Risikoanalysen und der Berichterstattung über Präventions- und Abhilfemaßnahmen.
- Programmmanagement der Sorgfaltspflichten in einer PMO-Rolle, einschließlich der Leitung von Review-Runden und der Koordination von Terminen.
- Durchführung jährlicher externer Textilstandard-Audits auf Unternehmensseite.
- Management der erweiterten Herstellerverantwortung für Textilien, einschließlich der Klärung neuer rechtlicher Anforderungen und der Entwicklung von Präventionsplänen.
- Weiterentwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie durch die Übersetzung neuer rechtlicher Anforderungen und die Umsetzung von Maßnahmenplänen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
Anforderungen
- Hochschulabschluss und mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Sustainability.
- Erfahrung als Projekt- oder Multiprojektmanager:in, idealerweise in einer Unternehmensberatung oder einer dynamischen Arbeitsumgebung.
- Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit rechtlichen Anforderungen aus dem Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, ESG-Berichterstattung und nichtfinanziellen Audits.
- Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Daten (Excel, Datenbanken, Dashboards) zur Ableitung von Erkenntnissen.
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen, sowie Freude an der Führung von Mitarbeitenden in einer ESG-Matrixorganisation.
