Beschreibung der Position:

Wir suchen einen Junior Manager Corporate Communications und Marketing, der unsere Social-Media-Auftritte strategisch und operativ weiterentwickelt und redaktionelle Inhalte erstellt. Der Kandidat sollte Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation haben und ein gutes Verständnis für Trends in der digitalen Kommunikation besitzen.

Aufgaben:

  • Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unserer Social-Media-Auftritte
  • Erstellung von Social Media Posts in Abstimmung mit unseren internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
  • Erstellung redaktioneller Inhalte sowie Artikel für die interne Kommunikation
  • Weiterentwicklung der inhaltlichen und optischen Gestaltung unserer Unternehmenspräsentation
  • Erstellung von Anzeigen und Anzeigenvorlagen in grafischer und textlicher Form
  • Pflege und Verwaltung unserer Bilddatenbank sowie grafische Anpassung und Bearbeitung von Bildern
  • Planung und Erstellung kreativer Inhalte (Text, Bild, Video) für verschiedene Formate

Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Social Media, Kommunikations- bzw. Medienwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Versierter Umgang mit digitalen Medien und Social Media
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative und interkulturelle Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes Maß an Kreativität, Empathie und Teamorientierung
  • Strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent
