About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team as Head of Marketing and Communications at Starface GmbH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy, leading our marketing team, and driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign development.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and events.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a technology or software industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth through marketing initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
