Your Qualifications
  • Completed education in freight forwarding and logistics or a similar field
  • Significant experience in the logistics industry is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrated motivation, adaptability, and dedication
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Competent in written and spoken English

  • Manage order processing via WMS in collaboration with team leaders
  • Communicate shipment notifications to freight carriers
  • Oversee driver interactions
  • Prepare and organize shipment documentation
  • Systematically register non-EU shipments
  • Produce and disseminate various reports for business area representation
  • Engage in customer calls and maintain general customer communication
