Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Performance Specialist will elevate our comprehensive media and paid strategies across various channels and marketplaces. A key responsibility will be to refine our investment strategies to optimize performance metrics, leveraging the effectiveness of our media expenditures.
This position is a fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly and quarterly budget optimization process in collaboration with channel managers, ensuring fluid budget allocation across channels, marketplaces, and regions.
- Create Tableau dashboards for managing monthly budgets and performance metrics, enhancing the automation of performance reporting.
- Lead initiatives to optimize the measurement of media spend effectiveness on a global scale.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to advance our Marketing Mix Modeling and multi-touch attribution efforts.
- Conceive innovative strategies and conduct experiments for budget distribution across various media channels.
- Develop comprehensive evaluations of SAC and LTV/incrementality by channel and tactic to maximize the efficient use of our media investments.
- Ensure operational delivery of results related to optimization, testing, scaling, and assessing the impact of activities on performance metrics.
- 5+ years of professional experience in multi-channel marketing with a focus on performance and analytics.
- Experience in Business Intelligence, implementation of attribution modeling, and tracking.
- Proven ability to build Tableau/SmartData dashboards for data visualization and decision support.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, enabling data-driven development, validation, and measurement of multi-channel campaigns.
- Understanding of the relationship between Awareness and Performance Marketing activities.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commitment to achieving results.
