As a key member of our team at Personalwerk Sourcing GmbH, you will be responsible for leading the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) strategy in alignment with our company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Evaluate Potential Acquisition Targets: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities that align with our company's goals.
  • Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Lead market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure a thorough evaluation of potential transactions.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and industry contacts to source potential deals and ensure a smooth transaction process.
Due Diligence
  • Lead the Due Diligence Process: Oversee the due diligence process, including financial, operational, legal, and regulatory reviews to ensure a thorough evaluation of potential transactions.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams and External Advisors: Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure a thorough evaluation of potential transactions and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Deal Structuring and Integration Planning
  • Lead Negotiations: Lead negotiations with target companies and external advisors to ensure a successful transaction.

  • Develop and Implement Integration Plans: Develop and implement integration plans for acquired companies to ensure a smooth transition of synergies.

Post-Merger Integration
  • Monitor Post-Merger Performance: Monitor post-merger performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure the success of the transaction.

Requirements
  • MBA or Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field: Possess an MBA or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting.
  • Strong Experience in M&A: Have strong experience in M&A, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation.
