Graduate | Program-Management - Commercial Germany (m/w/d)

Wir suchen nach talentierten Absolventen, die sich für eine Karriere in der Commercial-Abteilung von Marsh McLennan Deutschland begeistern. Als Graduate-Programm-Manager werden Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich auf die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsinitiativen konzentriert.

Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung ausgewählter Wachstumsinitiativen innerhalb unserer Gesellschaften in Deutschland
  • Koordinierung von Projektteams und Sicherstellung des notwendigen Informationstransfers in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Arbeit mit dem Chief Commercial Officer und weiteren Mitgliedern des Top-Managements
  • Entwicklung von Commercial-Dashboards zur Messung ausgewählter KPIs und Erstellung zugehöriger Analysen und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei ausgewählten Marktaktivitäten, Kundenevents und in- und externen Vorträgen

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder ähnliches
  • Erste Berufserfahrung oder entsprechende Praktika im Projektmanagement idealerweise im Bereich Consulting, HR und Financial Services
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Selbstsicheres Auftreten und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
