About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Compliance and Resilience Consultant to join our team at zeb. As a key member of our IT Compliance and Resilience team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer needs and developing tailored security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT compliance and resilience projects, analyzing customer needs and developing customized security solutions.
- Develop a comprehensive cyber security strategy by identifying current cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks, and implementing technical and organizational security measures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement robust IT compliance, resilience, and business continuity strategies.
- Contribute to the acquisition process, strengthening the resilience of our customers and building long-term partnerships.
- Coach and mentor team members, promoting team success and driving your own career growth through continuous learning and networking.
Requirements
- Hold a successful university degree and ISACA certifications such as CRISC and CISM.
- Bring experience as an Information Security Officer or Compliance Management Officer, with knowledge of COBIT and ITIL.
- Have multiple years of experience in IT compliance, governance, risk management, and information security, particularly in regulated environments such as banks and consulting firms.
- Be familiar with supervisory requirements from the ECB, BaFin/Bundesbank, and the regulatory environment of IT security, including knowledge of Xait, MaRisk, EBA GL on ICT, and DORA.
- Be proficient in German and English, with a minimum of C1 level.
