Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence for our company's products. The successful candidate will develop and execute business strategies, target and train sales and marketing teams, and support product integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define new target markets and applications for Aerzen products and services.
  • Develop under-served markets and applications.
  • Work with product management, engineering, and other Aerzen-owned companies to develop and integrate product solutions.
  • Create business plans to prioritize investments and measure success.
  • Support business intelligence efforts by attending tradeshows, completing online research, and engaging with the global Aerzen team.
  • Define and visit targeted customers to win initial orders.
  • Develop initiatives to be transitioned to the sales team.
Requirements

A bachelor's degree in engineering or business is required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
