We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Expert to join our team at Redcare Pharmacy. As a key member of our sustainability department, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sustainability strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our double materiality assessment, integrating stakeholders' perspectives and enhancing data-driven evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and refine sustainability targets, policies, and actions.
  • Oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives to ensure ongoing progress and compliance.
  • Manage sustainability statements integrated in our annual report, coordinating with auditors to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare top management presentations and create dashboards to manage sustainability goals across departments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sustainability roles, ideally from established sustainability departments or consulting.
  • Strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with reporting, audit requirements, and legal texts.
  • Solution-oriented and able to analyse complex issues, take ownership of tasks, and drive progress independently.
