Position Title: Electronics Engineer

We are in search of an Electronics Engineer to become a part of our team at EVI Audio GmbH located in Straubing.
Role Overview:
- Developing audio power electronics for 19" amplifiers and modules for active sound systems
- Innovating in-house Class-D amplifier technologies
- Creating switch-mode power supplies tailored for professional audio amplification
- Designing small signal electronics for the regulation and oversight of audio power systems
- Conducting circuit simulations and enhancements utilizing PSpice or comparable simulation platforms
- Overseeing the development of printed circuit board designs
- Commissioning, evaluating, and refining prototypes
- Documenting processes, gathering data, and establishing testing tools for mass production
- Supporting the safety and regulatory approval processes for audio amplifiers
- Leading projects from the conceptual phase to mass production
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, ideally with a specialization in power electronics
- Familiarity with audio technology and professional sound reinforcement systems
- Skilled in design and simulation software as well as measurement tools
- Basic understanding of low-level programming for microcontrollers
- Proficient in German and fluent in English
- Creative, self-sufficient, and methodical work style
- A collaborative team player with strong communication abilities, initiative, and drive
