Recruitment Specialist in Life Sciences

Position Overview:In the role of a technical recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top-tier talent, nurturing relationships, and filling critical niche roles within some of the largest organizations globally. You will serve as the primary liaison for our freelance consultants, guiding them from onboarding through to their deployment with clients, while also assisting in their ongoing career development through additional consulting opportunities.

- Proactively identify and recruit technical consultants across various sectors, with a focus on Life Sciences and Engineering.
- Develop and maintain relationships with technical consultants by understanding their needs and evaluating their fit for our clients.
- Respond to job vacancies by reviewing consultant profiles to present suitable candidates to our clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with consultants and finalize agreements.
- Prepare consultants for interviews and provide support during their project assignments.
- Document consultant information and communication in our database.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (interviews conducted in English). Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Self-driven and enthusiastic personality.
- Competitive and goal-oriented approach.
- Understanding of recruitment practices, outsourcing, and local HR policies is essential.
- Experience in the Life Sciences or IT/Engineering sectors is beneficial.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a dynamic recruitment environment is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree is desirable.
