Position Overview:

In the role of a technical recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing exceptional talent, nurturing relationships, and filling critical niche roles within some of the largest corporations globally. You will serve as the primary liaison for our freelance consultants, guiding them from the onboarding process through to their deployment with clients, while also supporting their career aspirations with further consulting opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and recruit technical consultants across various sectors, particularly in Life Sciences and Engineering.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with technical consultants by understanding their needs and evaluating their fit for our clients.
  • Review job openings and consultant profiles to present suitable candidates to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with consultants and finalize agreements.
  • Prepare consultants for interviews and support them throughout their project assignments.
  • Document consultant information and communication in our database.
Essential Skills:
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (interviews conducted in English). Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic personality.
  • Competitive and goal-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with recruitment practices, outsourcing, and a basic understanding of local HR regulations is essential.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences or IT/Engineering sectors is beneficial.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dynamic recruitment setting is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is desirable.
