Job Title: Specialist Warehouse

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Warehouse to join our team in Leipzig. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of our shipping process and contributing to the continuous optimization of our workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Division Manager in providing technical leadership and participating in the creation of work instructions.
  • Develop qualitative standards and ensure the smooth flow of the shipping process with the entire team.
  • Contribute to the development of workflows to increase efficiency and participate in logistics projects.
  • Close cooperation with other departments, including warehouse, returns, and customer care.
  • Active participation in the creation of tickets in Jira and communication with CC & IT.
  • Inventory monitoring of various warehouses and execution of warehouse checks.
  • Monitoring of the logistics cockpit in the ERP.

Requirements:

  • Completed training or comparable qualification in warehouse logistics, retail, or wholesale trade.
  • At least two years of experience in technical employee management.
  • Excellent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Assertiveness, organizational talent, communication skills, diplomatic skills, and good manners.
  • Flexibility, hands-on mentality, stress resistance, affinity for numbers, good overview, and self-organization.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and merchandise management systems.
