Your Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the entire sales support division
  • Drafting standard and tailored proposals, order confirmations, contracts, invoices, and shipping documentation
  • Developing and digitizing preliminary cost assessments and pricing lists
  • Training and supporting the sales team and international partners, including on-site assistance and participation in trade exhibitions
  • Enhancing internal processes and structures to boost customer satisfaction
Your Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with a technical focus or equivalent qualifications
  • Extensive sales experience in capital goods
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably ProAlpha) and MS Office
  • Strong customer orientation, leadership capabilities, adaptability, and resilience
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and commitment skills
