Job Title: Sales Associate - Sanitary and Heating Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and sales service for products in the sanitary/heating/cooling sector, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage inventory orders based on dispositions lists, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
• Handle returns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure proper product displays and promotions, maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment.
• Pick and store items for customer pickups, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Background in technical or commercial field, with a strong understanding of the sanitary and heating industry.
• Experience in the sanitary/heating/cooling sector as a plumber, gas & water installer, or heating technician is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong technical understanding with a reliable work ethic, ensuring high-quality results and attention to detail.
• Team player with a customer-oriented mindset, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
