Key Responsibilities
As a working student within the Crisis Management & Travel Security team, you will be instrumental in supporting various initiatives, including:
- Assisting with Travel Security operations
- Developing creative and engaging promotional materials and content
- Managing our internal communication platforms, such as SharePoint
- Conducting research on innovative crisis management topics
This role is designed for a limited duration.
Qualifications
Candidates should be currently enrolled in a university or a university of applied sciences, with the following qualifications:
- Enrollment as a student (f/m) in a relevant field
- Preferred areas of study include Business Administration, Public Safety, or Crisis Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced skills in PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills, quick learning ability, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Familiarity with current social media trends and technological advancements
- Previous internship experience is advantageous

About Your Team
The SAP Global Security (SGS) team plays a vital role in enhancing SAP's reputation by ensuring data integrity and safeguarding personnel and assets. Within SGS, the Global Physical Security department is dedicated to protecting SAP's workforce, facilities, data, and other valuable resources.
The Crisis Management & Travel Security team collaborates with key internal partners and external service providers to uphold the interests of SAP's stakeholders, ensuring the safety and security of employees during international business travel. This team is committed to enhancing SAP's readiness to respond to and recover from disruptive incidents.
