Your Responsibilities
As a working student within the Crisis Management & Travel Security team, you will be instrumental in supporting various initiatives. Your contributions will include:
- Assisting with Travel Security operations
- Developing creative and engaging promotional materials and content
- Managing our internal communication channels, such as SharePoint
- Conducting research on innovative crisis management topics.
This position is designed for a limited duration.
Your Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a university or a university of applied sciences:
- Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred academic background: Business Administration, Public Safety, and Crisis Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly with advanced PowerPoint skills
- Excellent organizational skills, quick learner, and ability to work independently and solution-oriented
- Familiarity with current social media trends and technological advancements
- Ideally, previous internship experience

Within the SGS framework, the Global Physical Security department is dedicated to protecting SAP's personnel, facilities, data, and other critical assets. The Crisis Management & Travel Security team collaborates with essential internal partners and external service providers to ensure the safety and security of SAP's stakeholders and operations on a global scale.
