Your Responsibilities
As a working student within the Crisis Management & Travel Security team, you will contribute significantly to our operations. Your tasks will include:
- Assisting with Travel Security initiatives
- Developing creative and engaging promotional materials and content
- Managing our internal communication channels, such as SharePoint
- Conducting research on contemporary crisis management topics.
This position is designed for a limited duration.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are currently enrolled in a university or a university of applied sciences:
- Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Public Safety, and Crisis Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly with advanced PowerPoint skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with a quick learning curve and a solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with current social media trends and technological advancements
- Previous internship experience is a plus

The SAP Global Security (SGS) team is committed to enhancing SAP's reputation by ensuring data integrity and safeguarding personnel and assets. Our department, Global Physical Security, is dedicated to protecting SAP's workforce, facilities, and vital resources.
Within the Global Physical Security framework, the Crisis Management & Travel Security team collaborates with essential internal partners and external service providers to protect the interests of SAP's stakeholders. Our mission is to enhance SAP's capacity to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events, enabling safe and secure international business travel for our employees.
