About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Premier Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless hotel operations, including front desk, concierge, and housekeeping services.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Financial Management: Manage hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve hotel standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Communication: Foster open and effective communication with team members, guests, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Hotel Management Experience: Proven experience in hotel management, with a focus on front of house operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead a high-performing team.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, guests, and stakeholders.
