Job Summary
We are seeking a Resident Manager to join our team. As a Resident Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the hotel's front desk and reception area, ensuring that all guests are greeted warmly and efficiently
- Oversee the hotel's housekeeping and maintenance teams, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the hotel's sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Manage the hotel's budget and financial reports, ensuring that the hotel is operating within budget
Requirements
To be successful as a Resident Manager, you will need to have:
