Are you dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery and improving patient outcomes? At Fresenius Medical Care, we are seeking a Facility Operations Manager who will be instrumental in overseeing the management of a dialysis clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, focusing on cost efficiency, process optimization, staffing, and adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Lead and develop team members through effective leadership strategies.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to enhance clinic functionality.
  • Supervise the Home Therapies Program to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Ensure the accuracy of records and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Coordinate inventory control to maintain necessary supplies.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support clinic operations.

Patient Care Coordination:

  • Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Facilitate patient care processes from initial admission through to discharge.
  • Monitor and support patient and family education initiatives.
  • Serve as a resource for patients and their families throughout their care journey.

Staff Management:

  • Engage in the recruitment and selection of team members.
  • Ensure that all staff training and licensure requirements are met and up to date.
  • Support ongoing professional development for staff members.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and payroll management.

Collaboration with Physicians:

  • Facilitate the process for physician privileges within the clinic.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians.
  • Participate actively in the Governing Body to support clinic governance.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in business operations within the healthcare sector.
