Aufgaben:
- Ausschreibungsmanagement: In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst und dem Produktmanagement sind Sie verantwortlich für die fristgerechte Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen.
- Ansprechpartner: Sie fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Verkaufsanfragen zu Gefahrstoffen.
- Verkaufsprozesssteuerung: Sie leiten die Verkaufsprozesse und stellen die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben wie der Chemikalienverbotsverordnung und der REACH-Verordnung sicher.
- Prozessoptimierung: Ihre Aufgabe umfasst die regelmäßige Analyse und Verbesserung der Verkaufsprozesse zur Gewährleistung der Compliance.
- Rechtliche Analyse: Sie bewerten die rechtlichen Anforderungen unserer Produkte und deren Einfluss auf die Verkaufsstrategien.
- Neukundenbetreuung: Sie begleiten Neukunden bei der Einrichtung und gewährleisten einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
Anforderungen:
- Fachliche Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (z.B. PTA, CTA, Apotheker) mit idealerweise ersten Vertriebserfahrungen.
- Kundenorientierung: Ausgeprägte Freude am Kundenkontakt und hohe Serviceorientierung.
- EDV-Kenntnisse: Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sind erforderlich.
- Teamfähigkeit: Sie sind kommunikationsstark, flexibel und belastbar.
