About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Document Management System Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of our EDMS project in the food industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with EDMS providers to ensure seamless implementation and effective communication.
- Streamline organizational processes by creating detailed flowcharts and identifying areas for optimization.
- Engage with various departments to understand their specific needs and ensure the successful integration of the EDMS.
- Develop project timelines and provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation of the EDMS, including the migration of existing documents and conducting user training sessions.
- Prepare thorough documentation and reports at each stage of the project.
Requirements:
- Pursuing studies in a relevant field such as food chemistry, information technology, or business administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in PC usage and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs.
- Previous experience or a keen interest in quality management processes is advantageous.
- Reliability, self-motivation, attention to detail, and passion for innovation are essential qualities for this role.
