About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced On-Site Validation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our validation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our autonomous vehicles. Your primary focus will be on testing and validating our vehicles on-site, working closely with our internal validation team and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site testing and validation of autonomous vehicles
- Collaborate with internal validation team and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with vehicle performance and safety
- Provide training and support to customers on the proper use of autonomous vehicles
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in validation engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for autonomous vehicles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in German and English languages
