About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Accountant to join our team at Jobactive GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payments
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in accounting or finance
  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g. CPA, CMA)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
