Responsibilities- Oversee the recruitment of new artists, both domestically and internationally.
- Collaborate with current artists on their releases, including planning, execution, and management of their accounts.
- Facilitate communication with artists and their management teams regarding strategies for releases and artist development.
- Plan, execute, and manage partnerships with external collaborators.
- Maintain ongoing communication with both existing and prospective artists, enhancing and expanding your professional network.
- Optimize sales performance metrics for our artists.
- Drive the expansion of Bouncy within the US market.
- Develop comprehensive content marketing strategies across owned media channels (social media, websites, newsletters, etc.) and explore new online communication avenues.
- A strong enthusiasm for music and current trends.
- A proven track record in sales with numerous successful releases.
- In-depth knowledge of the music industry, particularly in urban and pop genres, with A&R experience being a plus.
- A robust network of artists, labels, and industry executives.
- Awareness of the latest media and technology trends.
- Excellent project management abilities and oversight of creative processes.
- Approachable, fair, and positive in interactions with artists, colleagues, and business partners.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- A degree in business administration or a related field in media management is preferred but not mandatory.
