Job Title: IT Specialist for Document Management Systems
At Dezernat Personal | Corporate Center Human Resources, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team. As a dynamic research-oriented university, we are committed to addressing pressing current and future issues through innovation and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the digital transformation of our university from an IT perspective, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Take technical responsibility for the implementation, introduction, and operation of required IT systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Coordinate and implement complex technical requirements in the document management environment, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
- Analyze and structure administrative and business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Provide consulting services to administrative units on digitalization, offering expert advice and guidance.
Requirements:
- Hold a completed degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong foundation in IT principles and practices.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience in virtualized systems and application software, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
- Exhibit affinity for information technology and understanding of IT architectures, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
- Show experience in the technical implementation of digitalization solutions, with a focus on process digitalization and technical consultation.
- Display excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and a structured work approach, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
