Position: Document Management System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Document Management System Administrator at Volkswohl Bund Versicherungen. In this position, you will be responsible for the technical administration of our Document Management Systems (DMS), as well as the development and optimization of processes related to input and output management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical administration of DMS systems
  • Development and optimization of input and output management processes
  • Leadership of cross-departmental projects
  • Point of contact for technical and organizational queries

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in business studies or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in document management preferred
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Team player with high motivation
